Who we are
AxentriX is a business systems engineering company based in Beirut, Lebanon. This policy explains how we handle information on axentrix.dev.
Information we collect
When you send a brief, we collect what you choose to share: your name, company, email, phone, and the description of your problem, current workflow, tools and team. We also collect basic, anonymous usage data to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
We use your brief to understand your problem, contact you about Discovery, and prepare a System Blueprint if you ask for one. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Briefs are stored in Supabase, in the EU (Frankfurt). Access is limited to the AxentriX team.
How long we keep it
We keep briefs for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the engagement. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by writing to us.
